Should I continue cutting weight?

I have lost about 12 kg(25 lbs) since September and this is how I look now. Should I continue cutting? I feel like I still have some face fat left despite being pretty lean. I took multiple photos from different lightings and angles. I was aiming for 12%-10% bf, idk where I am now. Hopefully with the surgeries I have planned I will reach htn in the future.

i wouldn't keep cutting personally, you don't have enough muscle. focus on building muscle, and slow bulk to around 75kg and see where you're at from there
I dont want to bulk again, cant I maingain or something? I dont want to get wt a high bf again and look like shit
 
sure, you'll build muscle but you don't weigh enough so you won't be filling out shirts anytime soon

bulk ≠ dirty bulk and get fat, it can be just a 200-300 surplus
I dont want to fill shirts I want to simply be lean with a bit of muscle. And protein synthesis has nothing to do with calories, a 200-300 surplus wont help unless I dont get enough protein from eating less. I will probably just get on ghs or gh itself and stay on a deficit or maingain

yes you can just be in a caloric deficit aim 1g protein/pound of bw and train optimally if you wanna stay natural

I dont care if I am natural or not. I heard that reta helps u keep muscle and even gain muscle on big calorie deficits. Is it true?

Its not bc he doesn't have lot of abs that hes 17% he can just lack muscles. I believe hes around 13% (±2,5% bc its hard to say just based on appearance ).
Anyway I think you can cut, but with slight deficit so that you have enough energy un your day. If you start feeling bad in term of energy, it may mean that its Time for you to stop cutting and maintain (btw dont listen to these bulkcel, you can gain muscle while maintaining especially at your lvl )

have heard those anecdotes too ngl if you wanna be a sckkvnt just start with blasting test and some var for the huzz in final weeks to keep your muscle mass while on a hard cut imo this a good first cycle with reta ofc

I have been eating on meal a day for 4 months obv I feel like shit. I know I can gain muscles but I might need to hop on something because I am not sure I am hitting my protein goal everyday

he's nowhere near 13%, what i said was an accurate estimate

i never claimed that bulking builds muscle faster? i said he needed to bulk to gain weight

Well, in theory if you eat slightly below ur caloric needs you should not feel bad but eating only one time may be the reason. Also 12kg in 4month is rly huge. I think that you should eat more so you are in a slighter déficit and also eat 2times a day to linearize ur energy through the day (hope u understand, am french). And u can gain muscles in a slightly caloric deficit if you train in the good way

Keep cutting with surgeries you will for sure be htn

And so what?r u suggesting that just adding weight to his body would be better? Again absolutely not, the goal is to add muscles, being skinny fat isnt the answer

you do realise you have to gain weight at some point to keep progressing right? "buh buhh add muscles" alright it's not gonna change the fact that he's skinny

Test bloats you, var doesnt.

Throw in an AI ontop of test and bloat will be minimal

test does yeah but it heavily depends on your e2 levels if you control that you're good to go

Can I avoid the bloat fully?
I used sarms and my face was basicly 0 bloat.

My current cycle is 260Test, 25Tren, 70DHB, 120EQ, 12.5mg hctz and bloat is basicly 0 and strength is going absolutely crazy

What is tren and eq for if you already take test? And why dhb do anything if u finished puberty? Should U also take hcg or should I use it if U want to stop taking test? And also did u experience any problems with kidneys from hctz?
