Should I continue to bonesmash??

I have started bonesmashing but ive seen people who say it works and ppl who say it doesnt work, i dont know who to believe and i want some opinions from people on a actual lm site and not just reddit. I would also like some tips on how to get best results by bonesmashing if it truly works.

It works but not sure if it’s worth it. The basic tips I know are to
Brace your head against something
Moisturise after
Make sure whatever your smashing with is clean
