Should I continue to cut, or start a bulk

not sure if the reason why you can see my abs is because of bad digestion/hydration or under development of the abs, maybe im coping. curious if i should continue to do my 1000 calorie cut for the next 4 weeks til im down to 10% or start the bulk sooner. lmk

Lean bulk, whatever you do. Never ever dirty bulk, you'll come off the bulk looking like a russian dad with so much acne
