I look like 3 psl when i'm bloated with big acne pimples. Now i don't eat sougar so my skin imporoved and i drink a lot of water so I'm not bloated that much. Eating sougar would give me a lot of dopamine but i'm scared of me looking even more ogre

I've been binging on sugar recently. I have cycles that I hardly eat any then I eat a lot and then repeat. The cycles last maybe a little over a week or so. I just drank pure sugar from starbucks a venti caramel frap with espresso shot. Such garbage man.
