Should I cut and loose more body fat or maintain/slight surplus

I’ve been cutting for a while now I was originally 175 to 170. I’ve gotten down to around 140 and I still have a decent amount of body fat on me. I’m just wondering if I should cut or maintain/surplus cause I have very little muscle mass.

As @Jonasㅤㅤ said your fat as shit atm. Keep dieting down till your abs come through, even if you get to certified victim weight. After getting there you can think about escaping victim weight and adding lean mass, not before.
