16yo 186cm 6"1ft 77kg and I am around 15%bf I don't have visible abs but have good definition in upper body shoulders etc shoulders etc. I have practice basketball 5 times weekly and go to the gym 4 times a week and so my maintaining calories are super high should I cut as an athlete to try to be much leaner or will I lose endurance performance and strength in the process and if not what should my plan be and my nutrition and yeah help me pls
