Am 5"9 (1,75) for 136 pound (62 kg)
I dont really know my bodyfat, i think he is arround 15%

I want more muscle but i want a 6 pack, and i got disgusting fat arround chest :feelswah:

I would add a lot of muscle trying to stay in the area of 16% bodyfat or so then cut some fat afterwards. Work on your abs a lot so the muscles will show easier also when you do cut.

Eating clean does not really matter for losing fat. Its only the calorie deficit.

Eating clean does not really matter for losing fat. Its only the calorie deficit.
If you actually eat clean you'll most likely be on a caloric deficit
