Ok thanks brothere is no benefits of cutting in winter. The best thing is to do like this:
December-February
-Build muscle mass, so you have a lot of muscles underneath that fat mass
-Start taking these : Boron, d3 k2 , Creatine, zinc and fish oil
-Do sprints before you workout for like 3 min to boost ur blood pressure and give u a better workout and also combine it with pre
March-Summer
-Start ur cutting phase but don t cut too fast
-U will prob feel how you lose some strength but that's normal
-Spam sauna
