Should I cut medial canthus and how do I do it safely

There is no safe option idiot.
Dont cut It and Accept u dont have a good meadial canthu,a 1 cm miss would get you blind,if u OVER cut It u would look horrible

Basically cut it but after it heals, cut it again and once you do it enough (2-3 times) it should stay in the form you want it to be. if you fail and end up descending just blame it on genetics and rope

It's not completely researched obviously but some people who have consistently done it claim that it eventually stayed for them
