I’m 14 rn and I’m fat but also trying to maximize growth do I cut or what do I do
 
eat at a slight calorie deficit, don't wanna stunt ur growth

lmao you're 14 nothing about you is finished developing. Just incorporate daily exercise (even as something as small as push ups) into your lifestyle so it becomes a habit you do forever and in literally two weeks you'll look unrecognizable. Don't worry about food, just worry about eating your fill (remember your empty stomach is the size of your balled up fist) and don't be a dog and not know when to stop eating just cuz it tastes good. Godspeed <3

So js eat normal don’t overeat but I thought if I go gym 4x a week eating 3k cals and using vitamins that will be best to maximize growth then I cut when my growth plates closed shld I do that or what u said?

Serious Advice, no funny: Do not think about routines, muscle groups, calories, minimization or maximization. Do not overthink anything, you are not in a race. Worry about future you as if he was your kid or loved one. Exercise daily, doesn't matter how much, even just push ups. Wanna lift weights? Just lift weights. Lift and do reps (be safe, have good stiff posture or you'll strain your muscles) until your muscles burn and you can't do anymore. Make exercising every day as normal as going to the bathroom or eating every day, make it just another thing that happens. Do not think about calories until you're in your mid 20's when your body is fully developed and starts fighting you, instead worry about not over-eating. I can not stress to you the importance of your stomach being the size of your balled up fist. Let that image gross you out when you think about eating food bigger than that and expanding your guts, it'll help your brain not mindlessly eat just because it tastes good. Dogs do that, they do not know when to stop eating. Don't be a dog. You got this brother <3

Ya but then I won’t be able to model my bones during puberty our bones in modeling phase so if I do this plan I’ll have way more bonemass then if I started this later
 
5,7 I’m at 147 rn but i js ate and lowk ate too much this week but usually im 140 the bmi for my weight rn is 23
im about 5,8 and 140 building some muscle rn so its good at 140
