Im 15. I want abs and more defenition but i really don’t want to loose any cm off my final height as im like 165 cm rn… to cut or not to cut?
Btw not posting any pictures but I am 48kg ish rn, but still no abs

Don't cut at 48kg. Lean bulk, hit your protein, take 5g creatine, and train consistently. More muscle will make your abs show way better than getting even lighter, mark as solution.

Just excercise well and eat healthy but still eat in surplus and sleep a lot. I have good advice for ur age if you want more but you should realize it’s about looking healthy tbh and not just skinny asf so if you do as I say you should be good

never cut in ur teen years unless ur obese
