Redpill is a mixed bag. Its not all cope, there is some good advice in the redpill. However there is alot of shit in there. My main issue with the redpill is that if you followed all of its advice you would end up being an incredibly toxic person. Nobody wants to interact with an "alpha male". Its the main reason I stopped listening to any redpillers.

Game, Gym and focusing on yourself, holding frame and passing shit tests is good advice. Everything else the redpill talks about such as being alpha, cheating, spinning plates, hypergamy and being abusive is cope.

MGTOW is cope but I believe that's water.

I think games not quite entirely cope but is a very small part of the overall picture
