I quit smoking and booze this year. And quitting looksmax is harder I haven't touched a cig in 4 months but I can't go one day without browsing here

This site is just like any addiction, and yes taking a break is gonna be helpful, we are what we eat, see, hear, etc. This autistic place will eventually infect u with more autism and more depression and anxiety

force urself to not check this place and start watching more positive things. I’m waiting for my car to get fixed so I can get a job and get back to uni asap and barley use this shit hole, I’m gonna download discord again and stay in touch w u when I stop coming here and see what’s up
