>Studies indicate that fasting can help boost your HGH levels. One such study found that after a 3-day fast, your HGH levels increase by more than 300%. A week later, they go up by a whopping 1,250%. Because continuous fasting is just short-term, intermittent fasting is a more preferable approach.

HGH is released because fasting lowers your insulin levels which serves as a huge inhibitory factor for growth. I already know fasting is beneficial, I want to know if it can substitute manual HGH injection you absolute fucking retard. Please GTFO

Intermittent fasting doesn't significantly increase hgh, but it's healthy so you should do it anyway.

how much time have u spent on an hgh stack and at what dose? fasting ups hgh production but lowers igf-1 which is what actually makes you grow so don't fast specially since you need the pancreas to release insulin to stimulate the pi3k pathway for which you need to eat. you should spend at least 3 months injecting hgh before giving it up, some say 6 months to 1 year but that might be too long, I noticed growth after roughly 33 days. how old are you? have you taken xrays? of what parts?

yes i grow two inches every ramadan bhai

No the hgh spike from fasting is transient + it also reduces igf-1

18 6 Months. I've been taking it on and off for 4 months now, mainly because I'm too fucking broke from bills and tuition to afford 300+ a month of UI but I'll start by April.
I haven't taken any x-rays but I've been tracking my height and grew by almost a centimeter.

Ideally you'd take it consistently, it's up to you whether you want to continue it or not, I'd continue at least for 2 more months and see if I grow more.

To get the muscle building affects of HGH you have to be in a calorie surplus.
You can take all the PEDs in the world if you're in a calorie deficit you won't be gaining anything, except possibly water weight which is usually a few pounds, shot lived, and not usually desirable to begin with anyways.

The problem is that fasting decreases your igf-1 levels. But I think that it’s possible that your igf-1 levels stay the same if you’re just intermittent fasting. And make sure you’re still bulking and eating a lot of calories during the time frame you can eat. But I would def stay on hgh bc it is probably the best way to get taller
