Should I do 9 or 12 iu of Hgh at 14

I’m 6,1 I’ve been doing 9 for 2 months and I’ve gone up a shoe size I’m also taking testosterone 700mg the vials I have only allow for 9 or 12 I want to grow some more 6,3-4 and am using it for its other benefits so 9 or 12? I’m marking solution to whatever isn’t shit
