Should i do a small surgery?

I'm looking into getting a surgical fix for asymmetry in my upper eyelids. Specifically, one side has more fat fullness/hooding than the other, and I'm considering an upper blepharoplasty with targeted upper eyelid fat removal (resection) to balance them out.
