Should i do aqualyx or uc?

My bones are decent but i look like a fucking cutecell cuz my fucking cheeks are bloated everytime (im 11% bodyfat) so i think those are might my fatpads, should i do aqualyx? Im 17 rn, and im scared of hit a nerve or something like that
