should i do aqualyx?

Hey guys, ive been on retatrutide for 2 months. Currently pinning 5mg every 5 days.
Went from 75kg to 65kg as of now, and i can see a bit of my 4pack (to give you an idea of my body fat percentage).
However, i’m 181cm, and i got chatgpt telling me i’d get hollow cheeks at around 62kgs, but hes also telling me its very unhealthy, and in fat pads are genetically determined so i happen to be unlucky and getting hollow cheeks will be very hard for me.

Should i pin aqualyx? I wanted this to be my last ressort, since aqualyx in the cheeks is very risky due to the buccal fat pads and nerves in the cheeks. My face looks very square and the fat on my cheeks and maxilla is driving me crazy.
Do i pin aqualyx, or go down in weight?

Been going to the gym for about 3 years, the reta also made me lose like no muscle, so im fine with it

Another tip would be to dye your eye brows black, just a small falio you have.

aqualyx aint that risky if u go to a clinic i would go down in weight first and then do aqualyx
