wait till ur 18, get scans of your jaw, contact a maxillofacial surgeon and gain knowledge. ur only 15 and your face is gonna change a lot in puberty. save money and focus on your skin now.

Yeah I think so so that do I do can I fix this or is it only surgery and should I do surgeries in this age or when I'm 18

you need surgeries. your biggest failos are jaw and nose. from what im seeing you need bimax with downgraft, jaw angle implants and after that a rhino.
surgery is only after 18

@yussimania what you think? he got shortface but his jaw frontal angle is so low which makes his face long from the front again. bimax downgraft with jaw angles for width and ramus height?

I think he should get a scan it would be easier to tell what he needs
