should i do blepharoplasty first?

hi all, I currently am in 2 minds here and unsure what to do.

I have every single flaw you can name in an eye area, literally. My IPD is in the normal range thankfully but everything else is fucked, thus making me sub5 no matter how hard I softmaxx.

should I get blepharoplasty before any other procedures on my eye area?

my flaws :

-upper eyelid exposure
-bug eyes/protuding eyes/ negative orbital vector.
-negative cantal tilt
-hyperpigmentation

procedures i want: -
-periorbital implants
-fat graft
-canthoplasty (maybe)
-blepharoplasty as mentioned

would getting blepharoplasty first cause any issues later on?

blepharoplasty works on your eyelid which will give you a better tilt thus fixing the tail of your eye , id recommend starting with that then get infra implants and then if your tilt is still lacking get cantho ig jfl

I did hear that pagnoni refused to work on someone because they had done some work on their eyes, i believe it was fat graft? I'm unsure. I just don't want to guck myself by not being able to get the periorbital implants and whatnot.
