As a man, I would advise against lip fillers, unless you want to look like a faggot. It would have to be done very conservatively and tastefully ; which means finding a skilled injector with an eye for (straight) male aesthetics. Anyway, proceed cautiously.

As for the nose, you could definitely get a tip plasty to improve shape & symmetry.

I would also suggest the following :
- otoplasty ; your ears seem to flare quite much, and would benefit from being pinned
- fat grafting to the undereyes ; not now (obviously) ; just something to keep in mind for the future, if/when hollowness becomes more pronounced
- microneedling and minoxidil to grow your medial eyebrows and consequently reduce the inter-eyebrow spacing
- Latisse / bimatoprost to grow denser and longer eyelashes
- last but not least : if you don't suffer from androgenetic alopecia and were simply born with this very high hairline, you could be eligible for a hairline lowering / forehead reduction. If you suffer from androgenetic alopecia, you'll have to tackle it asap with the usual treatments (finasteride/dutasteride, minoxidil, ketoconazole shampoo, microneedling) and then reassess your options.

That said, you have excellent skin (especially for your age), nice coloring, and a decent bone structure (cheekbones, ramus length, bigonial width, gonions, chin). You're also going to pubertymaxx and develop/mature in the 5+ years to come, so, even if you do nothing, your looks will naturally improve — at the condition you stay lean and keep your hair.

Given your age, there's not much to do for now. Just softmaxx (skin care, eyebrows, eyelashes, haircut). If your teeth aren't straight and/or if your occlusion isn't optimal, get in touch with an orthodontist. And that's about it.

If you do suffer from androgenetic alopecia, you can treat it right away with minoxidil and microneedling ; on the other hand, you'll have to wait a few years before hopping on finasteride or dutasteride.

You'll become eligible for most surgeries mentioned in my previous post when you turn 18yo. That leaves you a lot of time to study and understand these procedures, so you can eventually make informed decisions.

Your lips are not thin. Also thin lips are a dimorphic sexual feature of males anyways. So even if you had them they wouldn't necessarily need to be adressed.

I would be very careful with surgery, if I were you, because you have a lot to lose but not a lot to gain.
