weights plus pull-ups and dips and stuff

no reason not to do both

big barbell compounds and some weighted chins/dips. novice linear progression, then when ur decently strong some kind of periodisation program

chins are good
pushups are gay
barbell training is more efficient by far for 95% of stuff

both but you can keep calisthenics to a minimum if you you want, like only doing body weight ab workouts, pull ups, dips, and everything else do with weights.

Neither, street lifting (weighed calisthenics) is the real deal
