There's planty of clippers already for them, what i would suggest is (if you still wanna be in this clipping stuff) contact small YouTubers that seems to be doing good and see if you can work with or for them by clipping and either monetizing their clips on your own with the YouTuber consent or by getting paid a fraction of his shorts rpm and get the manager role into his channel and maybe also do something more to get more % in for yourself
