well you described feeling no joy in anything which is ver likley a symptom of intense depression/anxiety.

benzos are anxiety meds not just sedatives they will sedate you but it will also ease your anxiety a lot of people describe them like alc in a pill and i guess i kind of agree.

U might even be able to get a script for them if u get the right psych.
