Should I do eyelid fat grafting?

I wanted to do fat grafting for fixing eyelid exposure and dark circles, But my plastic surgeon said that I have not enough fat in my eyelids initially and that external fat will look ugly(it will not distribute evenly)

Photos are taken in the morning, so usually eyelid exposure is worse.

Your surgeon was absolutely correct. Adding extra fat would likely create a lumpy look since u already have very minimal upper eyelid exposure.

Since u don’t have much negative hooding either, your only real option now is supraorbital implants if you want to further increase your eye aspect ratio. It would stretch the sub brow region skin and minimize your upper eyelid exposure.

You clearly lack volume and projection in the sub brow area, u can fill it with either fat or implants. The problem with fat grafting is that it dissolves uneven which can cause a lumpy look, so u can just do implants
