Felt the same way, last year js ate lunch and dinner lost Aton of weight was 5’8. Now 6ft 1 still growing a lot. So Idek I think I did it perfect time, just go on a calorie deficit.

Just fast from sunrise to sunset, will increase hgh and when you break your fast, insulin will convert the hgh to igf1
