Should i do filler for recessed maxilla?

I dont have money for lefort 1 and i have smile lines and im not fat and im thinking to do it around like the corner of the nose since thats the main problem, sounds good or bad? I think it will mog idk:peepoCoffee:

I would not recommend touching filler with a 10ft pole... shit will migrate and make you look retarded asf.. itll look good for like 4 months

It can help a little, but it wont fix the real problem. A recessed maxilla is a bone issue, and a Le Fort I osteotomy is what actually moves the bone forward. Fillers only add volume, they dont change the structure. Putting filler near the nose or smile lines can make the lines less visible and give a slight forward look, but the result is limited and temporary. If you keep expectations realistic, its not a bad idea for a small improvement, just start with a small amount and go to someone experienced so it doesnt look overdone
