i got one more week till i start all over on my program i gotta tweak the bench consistency on it though my chest is shit too or should i wait till i get 225

my chest didn't grow until I started doing a fuck ton of heavy volume on the floor press because you can ego lift the fuck out of that exercise without worry of tearing anything or decapitating yourself unlike bench.my chest is weak too

i want some strength as wellIf you're training for aesthetics, there is no reason to ever bench press again.
Incline>flat. But further more, machines and cables>freeweights for aesthetics no question
