Should I do more cardio?

So for context I'm a 5 ft 6 16 year old with quite a bit of muscle (not that much just enough to get complements from other people sometimes) I'm currently tryna lean bulk and I'm now 67kg. I have noticed my face getting slightly fatter also. I tried stopping taking creatine because someone told me it increases water retention in the face. I do 1 cardio session a week where i just do like stairmaster or treadmil. Should I start doing more intense cardio every day to lean max.

Also I don't want anyone tryna tell me to blast peptides or anything unnatural. I'm not that cooked.
 
all u need is 5-15 min walks after every meal for ur digestion and insulin sensitivity

should i try and get down to a specific bodyfat?
if youve noticed you are getting fatter just do like 2x cardio/week and mostly be careful with the carbs, btw at 16 forget leanmaxxing lmao. just eat clean and as much as you want, make sure you get all your fats and protein and pray your growth plates are open at 5' 6, dont do no starving bs
