So for context I'm a 5 ft 6 16 year old with quite a bit of muscle (not that much just enough to get complements from other people sometimes) I'm currently tryna lean bulk and I'm now 67kg. I have noticed my face getting slightly fatter also. I tried stopping taking creatine because someone told me it increases water retention in the face. I do 1 cardio session a week where i just do like stairmaster or treadmil. Should I start doing more intense cardio every day to lean max.
Also I don't want anyone tryna tell me to blast peptides or anything unnatural. I'm not that cooked.
