Looks a lot better. However I think you have to change to it overtime, your posture in the picture in the first post isn't even bad, just wanted to point it out so you can fix it.

Honestly idk, i feel like training it would make u uncanny as ur lower third is smaller than neck, but u can try and if it feels off u can stop training it.
Anyway a bigger neck will reduce the chance from getting KO so that s a good thing in fighting
