I've been thinking about starting a RAD140 cycle so that I can gain muscle, or just doing Cardarine to lose body fat, while training from home to get a somewhat decent physique. The issue is, I'm 173cm I don't want to put on too much muscle to the point I look like a gymcel
Currently I weigh around 65KG, and I have some stubborn fat in my face, and neck area, but I'd say I'm at a decent body fat percentage.
Here is what my current physique looks like:
So I'm just considering to either do RAD140 to put on more muscle (because when I wear clothes I look skinny), or just to do Cardarine so that I can just focus on the way my face looks. Or I could do both, but I'd have to first wait after I run my full RAD140 cycle because I do want do Aqualyx too.
Any help or advice appreciated
