What would you recommend then to fix my philtrum/nose area which is my biggest failo after my hairline (not visible here)?
Lip lift is not an option

take bbc in the ass so u get black genes and thicker lips or just accept that u cant do much and that lips aren’t that important anyway

Agreed, but it still remains that my philtrum is 19mm and my chin only 36. I thought my nose made my philtrum look visually even longer
