Should I do rhinoplasty?

I am going through a septum surgery then the doctor said i could use this to also do a rhinoplasty in one big procedure. But im not very sure if it would impact significantly the way i look to a point that is worth it.

If he's willing to do it and your insurance covers it, I don't see why you wouldn't it would only benefit you. However, you've got bigger fish to fry.
