Mirin Avi. It's not bad but just make sure to hit every muscle that you care about twice a week with enough time for the muscle to recover between sessions. Hitting a muscle every 48 hours is "optimal" because of atrophy beginning after 48 hours roughly. However you'll grow regardless of split.
