If and when I start accutane I am starting at 30 but if you’re seeing results with 20 just keep it at that for now then up it in a week or two.

need time with 20mg but have less side effects you will see the effects when you up it for 1 or 2 time after it get normal but stay on 20

2 weeks on 20mg got flare ups( good sign it’s working) and scalp is not oily anymore. Won’t increase the dose.
