Should I dye my hair dark?

My hair is dirty blonde but I kind of wanna do it dark to maybe play on the contrast with blue eyes and dyed black eyebrows. Wondering if my skintone is too weird for dark brown.

I quit dyeing mine black because light outgrowth with black hair makes it look like you're balding 3~ weeks after you last dyed it, and you can only dye your hair every 5-6 weeks at most without fucking it up.
