Should i dye my hair?

Yea probably, but the hair isn't really the issue (unless the red tones are weak, this guy below is a good example).

Their fatal flaws are weak eyebrows and eyelashes due to the color.
Just have good bones and dye brows and eyelashes.

Idk what you look like though, so I can not say what you can achieve.

If you want to do what the guy I sent did, then probably some kind of brown for eyebrows and eyelashes (and some other shit for his hair, idk exactly what he did).

Easy way though is dye it all black and be done with it if you don't want to think about coloring that hard since pale skin + blue eyes + dark hairs is very good. Some people might talk shit though if you end up looking really good but know you're covering up your ginger hair. I've personally witnessed this behavior, but it's probably just a high level shit test anyways.

ur actually the nicest and most helpful user i have met on org, thanks a lot for this advice and i am familiar with people doing this, i have friend with naturally black hair and really light skin and many ppl in my class say he should model so undoubtedly ur right about the pheno, ill look into it thanks.
