Should i dye my hair?

I have very thin and blonde hair which is not a good combo. So if i should dye it, then what shade of brown would match my undertone the best?
I have even tried no shampoo for 20days but after that i just gave up. It´s impossible to take care of my thin hair with only conditioner without making me to look like homeless. I can´t also show too much of my forehead cause i have wide 5head. And could wavy perming also be a good idea to fraud some thickness?
