Should I eat carbs for calories and to sustain my intake during hgh. But I’m skinny fat. ( FUCKED UP

Which options better

Title I’m on hgh and I’m 17 with growth plates similar to a 14 year old. Great potential.

But I’m also skinny fat not fat. But I think around 20 % bf I look lean in my clothes.
My face is also bloated and puffy from all the gh and rice Ig but I’m not exactly sure.

But now I’m confused I have two options and could u tell me which option is better

Option 1 :

Eat at a surplus at 2900 calories but those calories come from carbs like white rice potatoes and bread. And also sugar. Is it worth it and should I do this.

Option 2: I eat only 2200 calories but eat minimum amount of carbs.

And another point I am spending most of my allowance on my gh and other peptides so I can’t afford other cuts of meat :fuk:.

And in both the options my protein intake is high which is ideal.

Tldr: should I get my calories from carbs during puberty but I’m already skinny fat. Am I FUCKED

Do you have x-ray for growth palates ?

Less fat more carbs but dont pass 300g then it gives no benefit

I eat around 300 grams of rice and 250 grams of potatoes. Should I drop potatoes.

How many iu’s are you pinning? You might not get the height you want depending on how much you pin

Can’t find my x ray but my doctor checked it. He said I’m bone age 14.

300mg of test
10mg of anavar
Anastrazole .25mg if e2 goes too high
5 iu of hgh

For sure that’s exactly why I’m fucked. Can’t cut as I’m on gh and wanna grow taller.
Bulking seems bad.
But maintenance calories and doing body recomp seems cope. This is my first time I’m lifting btw

You won’t get gigantism from that don’t worry. I said that because we have studies showing that you need 8+ iu’s for a year to grow taller

cut till youre lean and reverse diet back up, you won’t gain much bodyfat
How much muscle will I gain in like the first three months. Will it work if it cut.
I’m skinny fat. But never lifted before

don’t worry about this right now, you’ll gain a noticeable amount if you’re consistent, you’re literally on test
if you cut you’ll gain a bit less because of the reduced carbohydrate intake but this is temporary, when you reverse diet back up you’ll be fine

if ur boneage is 14 it may be early but not a big deal imo. GL and what's ur current height js wondering
