Title I’m on hgh and I’m 16 with growth plates similar to a 14 year old. Great potential.
But I’m also skinny fat not fat. But I think around 20 % bf I look lean in my clothes.
But now I’m confused I have two options and could u tell me which option is better
Option 1 :
Eat at a surplus at 2900 calories but those calories come from carbs like white rice potatoes and bread. And also sugar. Is it worth it and should I do this.
Option 2: I eat only 2200 calories but eat minimum amount of carbs.
And another point I am spending most of my allowance on my gh and other peptides so I can’t afford other cuts of meat
.
And in both the options my protein intake is high which is ideal.
Tldr: should I get my calories from carbs during puberty but I’m already skinny fat. Am I trapped ?
