I'm already on my 4th day fasting if I complete this one it's gonna be 5 I'm hungry but fuck I still wanna mog

I messed up today and binged 4 cheese hot dogs, a bottle of coke, and a bag of tortilla chips with a whole jar of cheese salsa. Don't make the same mistake.

Learn how to diet properly, crash diets and fasting will have poor long term effects be impossible to maintain and make you lose a lot of lean tissue
You're just going to come out looking sickly if you dont to it right so be cautious with fasting
