Are carrots good for debloating? I dont think I have any in the refrigerator
I mean they fill your stomach and aren’t high calorie so I guess they’re okay for debloating just like a salad would be.

Carrots are mostly talked about for their impact on your skin tone. They supposedly give you a healthy glow if you eat enough of them.

neither, they are full of fructose and will actually make you retain more water.

@TechnoBoss @Drugsmaxxer thoughts?
Focus on low carb and high fat through animal foods. Eat oranges sparingly for electrolytes. Eating low carb, like 20-50g, is the only real way to debloat.

Yes I've actually been wanting to eat meat more. Maybe white meats more than red

Depending where you live you should eat more red meat. White meat is often fed low quality feed like GMO corn and soy and have almost as much linolenic acid as canola oil. If you're going to eat a lot of white meat, make sure it's pasture raised and organic. Even if cows are fed grains, they aren't as bad as chickens because they are ruminant animals.

But I need potassium to debloat. Many say to up your potassium and lower sodium. And bananas are loaded with potassium
