theyre from market, rlly bad quality, been eating them raw for like 2 months alr but theyre so bad, i even had ones that are semi-high quality and u can tell the difference right away in taste, it tastes okay but those little worms u feel inside are so gross tbh, might js start cooking them since the white part has antinutrients anyway so this way im getting basically like 10% less nOOTRients which isnt bad, also wont cook it on seed oils dont worry that much primalcels

Just cook the bad quality eggs don’t risk it. When I mean don’t risk it I mean these chickens that lay the eggs are defo vaccinated and live in fucking bad conditions. But when you get a hold of good quality eggs just eat them raw and don’t stress about the anti nutrients
