yeah eat the egg yolks raw, not the egg whites. won’t be much extra benefit but it saves time and is slightly better. raw egg yolks are fine

I used to eat raw egg yolks everyday, and the benefits are ok just not worth it tbh, what I mainly saw was that my morning wood/boners were much more potent? like my shit would be rock solid but other than that I didn't notice any other benefits, so its up to you
