it's almost my meal time now, there's no meat now, my dad won't take me to buy meat but i don't want to eat soy, but if i don't eat i'll be hungry and lack protein tonight, should i eat tofu or not? right now

Yeah, eat it, press it between kitchen towels and put a hard object on top, put some spices and soy sauce to marinate. Won’t taste great, but at least you won’t go hungry and get some protein in.

Tofu is pretty ass but it’s better to eat something than to starve
