Should I end the friendship

My friend i talk about the gym with recently got introduced to bp. Now 2 weeks later he thinks he knows everything which I can withstand. The problem is he seems to have gotten alot of self conscious. Since he's beginning to make jokes of my looks the thing is tho his face is so bloated it looks like he's a 300 pounds man. But then his excuse is give me 1 week and you'll see like bro 1 week is not gonna safe you. And he keeps making trying to put me down and I feel like he switched up. Should I stop talking to him?
