Should I even bother with djs + genio?

I’m 6’ barefoot Arab and 200 lbs (down from 240). 23 years old. I was wondering how much do you guys think my side profile hurts me? I could allocate 30k to surgeries.

My chin and jaw are both pushed back. I’m just trying to add as many pics as I can. I want a genio for sure but I wonder if it will make my chin look more narrow? It’s hard for me to determine my shape.

Relatives act like I’m handsome I think I’m on the ugly side though. Until that interest comes from girls my age and not 30-40 I’ll believe it. It’s only come that way like twice irl.

You don’t need surgery u a good looking guy , but I reccomend sliding open wedge genio for vertical and forward chin projection

If you have sleep apnea u will have more than 1cm bsso which is aesthetic improvement

What is more fonctionnal is also more aesthetic
