I had a late puberty so i did grow from 17 to 18 but it was only like 2 cm. so yeah expect small changes maybe. and tbh chill ur height is fine, maybe lift fraud by 1 inch but if people find out u r frauding that will ruin ur status and hence ur smv

I grew 2 cm from 17 to 19. Just make sure you're taking proper Protein and sleep.
