Should i even bother with HGH

SO i already bought Anastrozole tho im confirming its authenticy by going to a harm reducation center and getting it tested later this week on friday.
im around 5'10.5 and 16.8 years old i turn 17 in late november, ive obviously noticed my growth slowing down i believe i grew only 1 cm within the past 8 months (HOPEFUEL) so MAYBE there still open, my dad gained about an inch and a half when he was 19 so maybe this is a possibility tho i doubt it because usually height gaining is consistent if not always is consistent.
Do i even bother with hgh and the AI or do i just forget about it, ive already scheudled an appointment with a doctor in early november but thats in a whole month and time is genuinly the last thing i can fuck around with rn, is it over or should i keep going with the plan?​

im from USA, maybe they do im not sure you can search it up with a simple google search just look for drop in harm reduction tests on street drugs and stuff and it should tell you or let you know if you have any in your country or near you.

from what ive heard yes, its to prevent overdoses and deaths related to drug use i cant imagine them declining a pharma drug.
